Explore their hideout and you will find this manual in the kitchen. It will increase the AoE damage of your Molotovs. Keep progressing in the chapter until you trigger the sound trap.
Move ahead and you will see a broken bookshelf on the right side with a yellow box handing above it. The manual is sitting on the last compartment of this shelf. This will increase the range of your bombs. Keep progressing and you will eventually come out. When you reach the ice cream truck, go to its left to find a blue truck with the Tools sitting in its back.
Pick them up. The blue truck where you found Tools 3 is parked next to a red house. Go inside this house and make your way up the stairs. Check the ceiling of the first floor and you will find a trap door that can be accessed by Ellie. Help Ellie get to the top and she will bring this manual for you. This manual will further increase the durability of your Shivs. At this point, check the desk to the left of the lamp and you will find this manual sitting there.
This will make your Smoke Bombs more effective. After reaching the large square with the fountain in the middle of the university campus. Turn left and get off the horse. You will come to a building which has a broken window and you can get in to explore the building. Use the stairs inside and you will be able to use the ledge outside the window to reach the next room which is blocked from inside.

After you arrive in the Tunnel, you will come across two Bloaters. Deal with the Bloaters and then look to the left side to find a wrecked delivery truck next to a police car. The last Training Manual is sitting on top of this truck You can climb it easily from the front, red section of the truck.
